Orders and Processing
Most orders placed Monday through Friday by 10AM (EST) are shipped on the day the order is placed. Orders place after 10AM will be shipped on the next business day. Frank Rowe and Son Inc. offers FREE SHIPPING daily on orders of $99 and more.

Aerosols, flammable items, and products containing hazardous chemicals must be shipped via ground transportation. Frank Rowe and Son Inc. charges shipping fees based on actual weight. We use the most economical carrier to ship your packages right to your door. Carriers include USPS & UPS.

Tracking an Order
Tracking your shipment is easy. Frank Rowe and Son Inc. will email you once your order is complete. This email will include the shipping method and tracking number. As always, please contact us at orders@FrankRoweAndSon.com or call (800) 738-3343 with any questions.
An order placed and shipped from our business at your request is considered your responsibility as soon as it leaves our business. Should you decide that you wish to refuse receipt of an item which you ordered from us and which has already been processed and shipped, credit will be issued for the item(s) minus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Items Damaged in Shipping
Report any damaged goods to Frank Rowe and Son Inc. within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. Always save all packaging and shipping materials.
