Official Rules for Holiday Giveaway 2025

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. GIVEAWAY BEGINS AT 12:01 AM (ET) ON October 6, 2025 at 12:00AM (EST) and ENDS on DECEMBER 25, 2025 at 11:59 PM (EST) ("THE GIVEAWAY PERIOD").

SELECTION OF WINNER: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be determined from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period in a random drawing to be conducted as soon as practical following the Giveaway Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entires received.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at sole discretion of Sponsor, which reserves the right for any reason to substitute for all or part of the prize with a prize of comparable or greater value.

HOW TO ENTER: For each order you place with PetEdge or Frank Rowe and Son during the Giveaway Period, you will receive one (1) automatic entry. To enter without a purchase, please visit https://www.petedge.com/holiday-giveaway-entry-form  and fill out the entry form located at the bottom of the page. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59 PM (EST) on DECEMBER 25, 2025. No illegible, incomplete, forged or altered entries will be accepted. Limit: one entry per person via our website. All entries become the exclusive property of PetEdge. Winners will be notified by phone or email. 

ELIGIBILITY: Giveaway open to individual legal residents of the United States, age 18 or older as of October 6, 2025 at 12pm EST,  except employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Boss Pet Products, Inc. its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, judges and advertising and promotion agencies. Prize winner delivery address must be within contiguous United States.

In the case of an employee of a company placing an order wins on that entry, legally and ethically, the prize generally belongs to the company that paid for the order, although in practice, many employers allow employees to keep small, nominal tokens.  Because the employee is using company funds and acting as an agent of the employer, any incentives, rebates, or rewards generated by that transaction are considered company property.
