By turning liquid shampoo into a thick shaving-cream-like foam, it stops expensive medicated or flea-and-tick formulas from instantly running down the dog's coat and dripping down the drain. The foam clings continuously to the fur, ensuring active ingredients achieve the full 5-to-10 minute skin contact time required to work.

It drastically reduces the physical impact of the water stream. This allows you to apply product to highly sensitive areas (like the underbelly, groin, or face) without triggering a fear response in skittish animals or small breeds.

The expanded foam naturally traps air and expands between dense hair fibers, driving the soap down through heavy double-coats directly onto the skin surface without requiring tiring manual scrubbing or hand-lathering.
