SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship UPS. Please include full address (no P.O. box numbers) and your complete telephone number inside each order. Each UPS shipment is insured for $100.00. If you desire additional return insurance coverage, the cost will be $ 0.35 per $100.00, please advise us and remit accordingly.  Make sure items in package are securely packed (if contents rattle--it's not packed tight enough). We are not responsible for items received that have been damaged in shipping.

Please note, UPS will not accept CASH.

U.S. Mail is not automatically insured. If you desire return insurance, please contact your post office for rates and remit and ADVISE us.

PAYMENT METHODS:

1. Check with Order Prepaid

Additional $9.50 COD fee.

We prefer you to include a check with your orders to avoid the additional $9.50 C.O.D. fee; we ask that you include a blank limited value check. If you are not familiar with this type of check, please refer to the example. Make checks payable to Frank Rowe.

By using the above check, it will eliminate most small balances due either you or us. For example, you figure the cost of sharpening and items purchased to be $21.50; however, you don’t know the cost of parts for the clipper you sent us to be services/reconditioned. On your check in the (not to exceed $____) space, insert $35.00. WE will fill in the correct amount. This also eliminates the $9.50 C.O.D. charge.

Enclose with your order, your card number, expiration date and name of the cardholder, OR telephone us with the information.

A service charge of 1-1/2% per month, 18% APR, will be added to all overdue accounts.
Also liable for all legal and collection fees.
